Reading Through the Bible in 2007

Join us as we read through God’s Word this year!
Genesis through Revelation...Read Along With Us

Statistics show that most people professing faith in Christ have never completely read the Bible. Many people start reading, but then become overwhelmed by the number of chapters (1189) and verses (31,102) in the Bible. However, reading through the Bible in a year can be accomplished by reading less than four chapters a day. Join us as we explore all of God's Word this year.

Bible Class/ Sermons/ Life GroupsOur Bible classes, sermons, and Life Groups reflect our weekly reading through the scriptures. Spending time in God’s Word on a daily basis enables us as a body to be a mighty force in God’s Kingdom.  The Word and knowledge of it is of great benefit and a necessity for our spiritual growth.  The blessings and benefits of reading, knowing and applying God’s Word to our lives is indeed great.

We are not just talking about words on a page.  Rather, God’s Word reveals His love, grace, and will.  His Word is “living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12).

Young or old, we cannot outgrow God’s Word.  It is never obsolete nor will it ever be irrelevant.  Plan to read the Bible on a daily basis this year, and you will partake of the only message that will last for an eternity (Matthew 24:35; I Peter 1:25). Join us for Bible Classes, Life Groups, and worship and you will get a clear encouraging view of God’s Word for your life.
