Hope
The Hebrew writer says that "hope" is the anchor of our soul (Hebrews 6:19). Hope is not a leap into the dark. Hope is not wishing for the best in the midst of struggle. Hope is grounded in the truth that Jesus is the one who represents us before God. The hope we flee to and take hold of is found in Jesus Christ. Our hope centers on the objective promises of God, which are fleshed out for us through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the foundation and substance of our hope.
Hope in Him.

   Kindness
We could all use a little kindness. God sees our needs, our struggles, our concerns, and His response is to be kind towards our needs. God's kindness leads our hearts to turn towards him (Romans 2:4). God delights in kindness (Jeremiah 9:24). He is not mean or coarse, but kind. With God, a little kindness goes a long way.
Experience His kindness.

   Mercy
We know what we deserve, yet God gives us what we need the most. When others are quick to condemn, God is quick to cleanse us. When others are quick to judge, God is quick to justify us. When others are quick to give up on us, God is quick to give to us.  Daniel reminds us that "The Lord our God us merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebelled against him.." (Daniel 9:9). This is good news! God can ease your distress for he is compassionate, he extends mercy.
Receive His mercy.

   Grace

Unbelievable. Unimaginable. Incredible. Inconceivable. Unthinkable…yet true. "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).  Grace...it even sounds good. It's what we need. It's what God gives through the sacrifice of his son. His grace makes it possible for us to be his child. To be made anew. To be born again.
Experience His grace.
